The terms “organic” and “inorganic” mean something different in chemistry than when you’re talking about food and produce. Inorganic compounds either don’t contain carbon or else it is bonded to oxygen, nitrogen, or a metal. Organic compounds contain carbon, usually bonded to hydrogen.
